The Fluid Replenishing Can is meant for Replenishing Engine Oil system of Aircraft under Air Pressure .The unit consists of a Can or container of 25 liters capacity which is held in position on a four wheeled manually maneuvered trolley. The Can is provided with a strainer of fine mesh at the inlet. One Schrader valve are provided for connection to the external pressure source like compressor/compressed air/nitrogen cylinder through regulator. One safety valve is provided with the Can to release the pressure when it exceeds above 10 Kg/cm2. The outlet hose is connected to an elbow with delivery tube inside the Can. The outlet hose connects the container through a shut off cock/needle valve to a 40 micron filter Purolator make to ensure that no impurities are transferred to the A/c systems. The outlet of the filter is connected to a delivery hose of 5M length. The other end of the hose is connected to an Oil Delivery Gun. The outlet of the gun should be connected to the Aircraft with suitable adapter. The Working Pressure shall be 8 kg/ cm2.
